Gain perspective; be present and current (mindfulness);know your agenda and desired outcomes; find the the intention behind your actions. Taking the time to be clear allows you to shake away cloudy and outdated modes and set an new path with a clear vision.
Uncover how to relate to others in a way that’s meaningful. Explore how to get the love you want.
Generate relationships that matter and bring out the best in you. Be able to communicate effectively (by being heard, understood, respected and assertive), figure out how tap into the universal oneness of humans; we are not so different from each other, the world feels less scary if we know how to reach out and know we’re not alone.
Truly Love who you are now and who you are growing yourself into. This is the longest living relationship you’ll ever have so make the most of it. Make sure you’re the best friend ready to support/ laugh and cry with. Investing in a deep and lasting relationship with yourself is the most important step to contentment. From self-love, you can nurture authentic connections with those who count.
It's all about being brave enough to live your finest life despite having fear; taking risks is inevitable to reach goals; stepping out of comfort zones; embracing growth and change, realising that playing life safe is unlikely to bring the most fulfilment. Let yourself be different. Let yourself be seen. Dance to the beat of your own drum. Mostly, the fear is in your head. Once you face the fear and take the leap - life only gets better with courage under your belt, the skies the limit.
Free to think outside the square, tap into your flare, lean into what makes you authentically you; be proud of the way you approach life from a different angle; design your route based on your uniqueness; being playful; having fun; adopting a childlike wonder and sense of adventure; express yourself via dance/song/words/art/photography...etc. Approach the mundane with creativity and life is never dull.
Find delight in all you do. Life can be a party, its up to you to hang the fairy lights. Good things are happening all of the time. Savour and amplify the good moments however small. Don’t miss the tiny example where joy can live. Make it your habit to notice and even seek out the treasures. And when life inevitably dishes out the rough stuff- be ready to learn and be grateful for what's there to be thankful for however small. Of course with hardship, there are lessons. Become and expert at profiting from the lessons and even Celebrate the lessons.
